Abstract
This article is devoted to particular aspects of the customary law history of the Hittite kingdom. The order of succession, pankus, the prohibition of incest, inheritance of „ivaru», damages and „host blood” are analyzed. Rules of Hittite lawbook, that were customary origin, are researched.
