RESPONSIBILITY OF INDIVIDUA LS IN INTERNATIONAL LEGAL RELATIONS

Abstract
This article dedicated to responsibility of individuals in international law. The emphasis is made on the development of the institution of responsibility of individuals in international law. The importance of the institution of responsibility of individuals in international criminal law and in the law of international responsibility is analyzed. As a conclusion this article presents current trends of strengthening the role of the institution of responsibility of individuals in international law.
