Abstract
The article is devoted to the disclosure of the significance and place in the international tourism business of the timeshare. The paper analyzes and peculiarities system of possession of rest (timeshare). In the article the authors substantiates the conclusions regarding the addition of domestic legislation to the rules of «time-sharing».
