LEGISLATIVE CRITERIA INSTALLATION COMPETENCE IN CRIMINAL PROCESS UKRAINE

Abstract
The article discloses criteria for determining jurisdiction from the point of view of criminal procedural law. It is determined what is the problem of this institute in the context of law-enforcement activity of law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine. On the example of the relevant law-enforcement agency, the legal criteria were determined, on the basis of which the lawfulness is determined in the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine
