PRAXEOLOGY IMPLEMENTATION OF GUIDELINES OF FREEDOM AND RESPONSIBILITY IN LEGAL RELATIONS

Abstract
The article attempts to philosophical and legal studies of praxeological measuring the implementation of the principles of freedom and responsibility in the legal relationship. It was found that the problems of praxeological measurement exercise of freedom and responsibility serves as an important, unexplored and difficult for understanding the scope of the study. Recognized that the plane of the principles of law, particularly the principles of freedom and responsibility, lies in the field of natural law, an attempt to display the categories in positive-legal pragmatic dimension is a difficult task, but feasible and useful.
