THE CONCEPT OF CONTROL OVER THE COMMISSION OF A CRIME

Abstract
The analysis of norms of legislation of Ukraine in the part of control over the commission of a crime was carried out. The expediency of introducing in the legislation the concept of control over the commission of a crime is substantiated. Its definition is proposed.
