MODERN ISSUES ON COMBATING CORRUPTION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article discusses the successful experience of developed European countries in the field of fighting corruption in the organs of state power and local self-government. The author investigated some problematic issues to overcome corruption. Based on the analysis developed proposals for improving the legal system of Ukraine in combating corruption.
