ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL MEASURES OF PREVENTION PREVENTION

Abstract
The article deals with the classification of measures of administrative coercion, investigates the administrative and legal measures for the prevention of offenses. The proposals on the necessity of adopting the basic Law of Ukraine «On Prevention of Offenses» are substantiated.
