SOME ISSUES OF INTERROGATION AT THE STAGE OF PRE-TRIAL INVESTIGATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of problematic questions of interrogation at the stage of pre-trial investigation. On the basis of the analysis of procedural legislation and theoretical ideas of scientists, the problems of conducting interrogation in pre-trial proceedings are determined. The legislative ways of solving the problems of conducting interrogation during the pre-trial investigation are offered.
