EXPERIENCE OF POLISH REPUBLIC IN THE PREVENTION OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

Abstract
The article deals with an issue of Polish experience in the sphere of domestic violence. Reasons which contribute to the offenses on domestic background have been analyzed. Special attention has been drawn to the analysis of causes and conditions of murders or injuries of various gravity committed by women, who were victims of the lasting domestic violence, against their husbands.
