ELEMENTS OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE-LEGAL MECHANISM OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION OF PROPERTY RIGHTS PROTECTION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article defines the elements of the administrative and legal mechanism of public administration of the protection of property rights in Ukraine as interrelated, logical and separate components of such a mechanism, which are legal means and instruments of legal regulation, they include: 1) the norms of law; 2) administrative tools (forms and methods of administrative activity, 3) administrative procedures; 4) subjects of public administration of the protection of property rights; 5) state registration as the leading administrative and legal means of protection of property rights.
