ORGANIC FARMING AS AN ELEMENT OF ORGANIC AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION: THEORETICAL AND LEGAL BASIS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the legal analysis of existing norms of the national legislation regulating the activity of subjects in the field of organic farming. The main scientific approaches to understanding the categories «organic farming», «organic production» and their features are studied. The legal nature of relations in the field of organic farming is analyzed. The author’s definition of organic farming as a legal category and element of organic agricultural production is formulated.
