Abstract
Thе article analyzes the administrative and legal framework protecting the rights of the public in the migration of entities, including the President of Ukraine, the current state of migration policy in the Ukrainian society. On the basis of current legislation made proposals to improve regulations in the field of human rights and freedoms and approximation of Ukrainian legislation to European standards in definitions of problems.
