IMPACT OF THE JUDICIAL REFORM OF 1864 FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CIVILIAN JUDGMENT IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article another step has been made to deepen knowledge about the content and peculiarities of the reform of civil justice in 1864. Particular attention is paid to the Statute of civil judicial proceedings and its influence on the development of domestic procedural legislation in both Soviet and modern periods.
