PARTY IMPERATIVE MANDATE: THE SPECIFICS OF LEGAL ENFORCEMENT AND PRACTICAL REALIZATION

Abstract
The article is dedicated to research of party imperative mandate implementation features in Ukraine. The article explores the history of imperative mandate formation and establishment, party imperative mandate legal enforcement and practical realization specifics. The analysis is conducted on a National Deputy of Ukraine anticipatory authority termination by party headquarters decision, its specific features and practical realization problematic issues.
