GENERAL PROVISIONS ON THE FUNCTIONS OF FINANCIAL LAW

Abstract
The article is devoted to problems of functions of financial law. The doctrinal approaches to the understanding of the functions of law are analyzed. The emphasis is on the issues of the effectiveness of the functions of financial law. The explicit and latent functions of financial law, functions of public financial control are explored. It is argued that the functions of financial law can be considered as derivatives of the functions of finance.
