LEGAL REGULATION OF UBER IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article defines the state of the national legislation on the regulation of Uber in Ukraine and another countries. Article includes proposals for improving the legislative framework that will regulate Uber activity in Ukraine and protect the drivers providing transportation services and their clients, as well as ensure proper taxation of such activity, are developed. The position of the EU Court regarding the category to which the activities of Uber should be attributed, has been determined.
