Abstract
The article is devoted to clarifying the nature and content of the category «public administration». The solution of this problem is through the prism of regulatory and doctrinal approaches. On the basis of existing legislation and the scientific thoughts, the author’s definition of the term «public administration» and highlights its characteristic features.
