DIRECTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT OF ECONOMIC LEGISLATION IN THE FIELD OF REGULATION OF ACTIVITY OF STOCK EXCHANGE IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the development of proposals for improving the economic legislation in the field of regulation of the stock market in Ukraine. A critical analysis of scientific developments in this area was carried out, the legislative work of the Parliament in this direction is described. The necessity of making amendments and additions to the Commercial Code of Ukraine, the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Securities and the Stock Market” and other acts is substantiated.
