BENEFITS OF IMPLEMENTATION IN UKRAINE INSTITUTE OF MEDIATION AS EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF COMMERCIAL DISPUTES

Abstract
The article investigates the efficacy and benefits of the introduction in Ukraine of mediation as an alternative non-judicial means of settling commercial disputes, reveals the content and essence of the mediation process. In this work, considerable attention is paid to the analysis of the current state of the effectiveness of resolving disputes by means of the standard legal procedure. The analysis of national and international experience in the implementation of mediation at the legislative level.
