RESEARCHES OF LATENT CRIMINALITY: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS

Abstract
This article includes problem questions concerning detection of real amounts and levels of latent criminality in Ukraine, there is also a characteristic of social dangerous. There is observed the directions of latent criminality’s study, the first of them is based on the classification of actions relative to the latent source. Proved the choice of methodological ground of the latent criminality’s research. Detected the reasons of artificial- latent and nature-latent criminality. Analyzed law and organizational opportunities of dissolving such problems as studying hidden criminality.
