PLACE OF CONSTITUTIONAL PERSONAL RIGHT FOR HEALTH PROTECTION IN THE SYSTEM OF OTHER CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of the correlation of the right to health protection with other constitutional rights and determination of its place in the system of such rights. The substantive ratio of the right to health with the constitutional rights such as the right to life, equality and free development, adequate standard of living, respect for dignity, freedom and personal integrity, rest, etc. are analyzed. Based on the analysis a conclusion is made about the place of the right to health care in the system of other constitutional rights.
