ON THE POSSIBILITY OF APPLICATION OF THE RECONCILIATION PROCEDURE BY THE LABOR DISPUTES COMMISSION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the investigation of the essence of reconciliatory procedures in the settlement of individual labor disputes and the application of the reconciliation procedure by the labor dispute commission. Classification of conciliatory procedures in the process of individual labor dispute is conducted. A set of factors is shown to testify in favor of the introduction of reconciliation in our state in the settlement of individual labor disputes.
