FUNCTIONS OF THE MODERN STATE: THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ASPECTS

Abstract
The article is devoted to theoretical and practical aspects of the functions of the modern state. Particular attention is paid to the mechanisms of filling the functions of the state, as well as the issues of their effectiveness in the conditions of globalization. Conclusions are made regarding the exercise of state functions within the framework of the rule of law. The special role of mechanisms of implementation of national sovereignty in the content filling of state functions was emphasized.
