ON SOME ASPECTS OF THE RESOCIALIZATION OF CONVICTS

Abstract
The article is dedicated to scientific views on reformation and resocialization of convicts. The scientific developments of prom in ent scholars in the branch of correctional law are analyzed. It was established that the main objective of social rehabilitation of persons released from prison is the restoration of socially useful connections, skills, habits, qualifications and adaptations to life in society.
