THE PROBLEMATIC ISSUES OF USING ELECTRONIC CORRESPONDENCE AS EVIDENCE IN A CIVIL PROCEDURAL LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The problem of using electronic correspondence as evidence in a civil procedural legislation was under consideration in this article. The accent was made on the question of identifying the sender of an e-mail during the investigation and assessment of evidence. The conclusions were made on the necessity to assess electronic correspondence comprehensively, taking into account other available evidence.
