FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF LEGAL SOIL PROTECTION

Abstract
The article highlights the problems of soil degradation in Ukraine. Foreign law on issues of legal soil protection was analyzed. The main measures that applied by foreign countries to prevent deterioration of soil quality and increase its fertility are defined. Possible ways of solving the problems of soil degradation are given. Attention is focused on the issue of economic incentives for land protection and gaps in national legislation.
