Abstract
The article reveals the legal issues of the “weapons” institute in the context of legal protection and security in the modern realities of the agrarian and environmental sphere. Questions of agrarian raiding, which are currently quite common, are characterized both by their openness and by latent signs. To a greater degree, this is a question inherent in the organic direction of economic activity, since the profit obtained from organic economic activity is a significant number of times higher than as a result of traditional management.
