THE CONCEPT AND FEATURES OF STATE CREDITING OF BUSINESS ENTITIES AS A MEANS OF ENSURING THE EFFECTIVE USE OF BUDGET FUNDS

Abstract
The article deals with the conceptual problem of definition of the concept and features of state crediting of business entities as a means of ensuring the effective use of budget funds. The analysis of scientific and legitimate definitions of the concept of state lending is carried out; an estimation of efficiency of this means of state regulation of economic activity is carried out. On the basis of conducted analysis the author’s definition of the concept of state lending of economic entities is formulated and its economic and legal nature is determined.
