CONCEPTS OF INTERACTION BETWEEN COURTS AND INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION

Abstract
The article explores models of state court inquiring and interaction indetermining competence of international commercial arbitration at the initialstages of arbitration proceedings. The advantages and disadvantages of each model and their consolidation in the legislation of different countries are analyzed. The conclusion is drawn on the most balanced options for interaction between international arbitration and the national court.
