MEDIATION AS A MODERN WAY OF SOLVING LEGA L DISPUTES IN CIVIL PROCEEDINGS UKRA INE

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the legal regulation of the mediation which is viewed as a modern non-judicial means of dispute resolution. Apart from this, attention is drawn to the perspectives of mediation implementation in dispute resolution within the civil process of Ukraine. Likewise some approaches, based on the best practices of the developed democracies and according to the requirements of the EU, towards the improvement of legal regulation of mediation are defined.
