NOTION AND FEATURES OF CHARITY ORGANIZATION AS A LEGAL ENTITY

Abstract
This article summarizes approaches to reveal of nature of charity organization as a legal entity presented in science. The analysis of charitable organization’s characteristic features is conducted. The author’s position on improving Ukrainian legislation in this sphere is expressed basing on carried out research.
