STATUS OF FORMATION OF NORMATIVE LEGAL SOURCES IN THE FIELD OF INFORMATION TRANSMISSION IN AUTOMATED SYSTEMS

Abstract
The article describes the current state of formation of normative and legal sources in the field of information turnover in automated systems. The problems of technical protection of information in Ukraine and issues related to information activities in the Internet are considered. The attention of the world practice of legal regulation of the Institute of personal data of the person is given and the relevant conclusions are drawn.
