REQUIREMENTS FOR MEMBERS OF HIGH COUNCIL OF JUSTTICE: CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL REGULATIONISSUES

Abstract
The article looks into the issues of constitutional and legal regulation of the requirements established for members of the High Council of Justice by the current laws of Ukraine. In particular, it explores the following requirements for members of the High Council of Justice: service record in the field of law of no less than fifteen years and a degree in jurisprudence. The author also looks at some aspects of legal regulation of political neutrality of members of the High Council of Justice.
