PROBLEMS OF LEGAL PROVIDING OF PUBLIC POLICY ARE IN THE FIELD OF BANK ACTIVITY

Abstract
The article is sanctified to the basic problems of the legal providing of public policy in the field of bank activity. An author was analyzed legal nature of concept «public policy in the field of bank activity», and also mechanism of her forming and realization, the own decision of this concept and set forth suggestions are given in relation to the further improvement of legislation in the field of it.
