Abstract
In the article the peculiarities of regulation of marital relations by the legislation of Ukraine and two from European countries – Germany and France, the definition of the main disadvantages of the family legislation of Ukraine and the necessity of finding new ways of improving the legal regulation of marital relations in Ukraine.
