PROPERTY LIABILITY OF OFFICIALS AND OFFICIALS OF THE AUTHORITIES FOR CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of modern theoretical and practical problems of application of measures of legal responsibility, including property, for damage to the natural environment caused by officials and officials of state authorities. The economic incentive for environmental protection in accordance with the proposed project should be the property liability of these persons. The paper formulates conclusions and suggestions on the transformation of the current legislation, improvement of the legal mechanism of property liability of these individuals for causing damage to the environment.
