Abstract
The article is devoted to the issues of doctrinal definition of the concept and understanding of the human right to life, which ensures the natural existence of a person in the civil law of Ukraine. The author analyzes individual provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Civil Code of Ukraine, by definition, the meaning of the concept of the right to life.
