REALIZATION OF GOODS AND VEHICLES MOVED IN USE CUSTOMS

Abstract
This article analyzes the issues related to the regulation of procedure of the realizationof goods and vehicles, on which the state acquired the right of disposal. The ways of speeding up the process of acquisition of property disposal, which allows exempt storage area (for example seaports) of goods, shelf life whose has expired, and provide revenue to the state budget from the sale of property.Characterized introduction of electronic trading process which can not only speed up the sale of property, but also provide an opportunity to do so transparently.
