Abstract
In the article the content and structure of the institute of administrative services, the problems of implementation and functioning of a separate institute of administrative services in the doctrine of administrative law of Ukraine and its relation with adjacent institutes of administrative law are researched; the educational discipline of the same name is singled out, as well as the main directions of further development of the said institute are determined.
