PECULIARITIES OF ATTESTATION OF EMPLOYEES PERFORMING FUNCTIONS OF THE STATE UNDER THE LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of special legislation on the procedure for assessing the professional level of an employee and his ability to perform work related to the performance of state functions. The features of attestation of civil servants, policemen, servicemen of the Security Service of Ukraine, prosecutors were investigated in the work. The work substantiates that the special legal conditions for attestation of the named categories of employees are determined by the nature of labor activity, profession, specialty or position.
