CHILD SUPPORT ENVIRONMENTAL RIGHTS IN UKRAINE AND POLAND: A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS

Abstract
The article investigates the legal provision of environmental rights of children in Ukraine and Poland on the basis of comparative analysis. And in Ukraine, and Poland laid the legal basis for the environmental rights of children. The existence of the Ombudsperson for children’s rights in Poland, unlike Ukraine, means the creation of an independent institution of the state status, aimed at maximum protection of children’s rights, ncluding environmental ones.
