LEGAL BASIS OF PROVISION OF NATIONAL SECURITY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
It is not possible to understand the problems of security of the state and the reasons which give rise to the need for dismantling it without analyzing the legal basis of it. The issues of the legal providing of national safety of Ukraine are investigated. Revealed major problems of security of the state and proposals for improving legal security areas investigated.
