COMMISSION OF A CRIME FOR THE FIRST TIME AS THE CONDITION OF EXEMPTION FROM CRIMINAL LIABILITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of ‘commission of criminal offence for the first time’ as the condition of exemption of criminal liability. It is proposed to set out the list of cases in the law whether the crime has been committed for the first time. Additionally, for the due operation of the institute of discharge of criminal liability it is propose to limit the possibility of repeated exemption of criminal liability.
