THE OBSTRUCTION OF THE LEGAL ACTIVITY OF THE ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE AND OTHER MILITARY FORMS: SUBJECT OF THE CRIME

Abstract
The subject of criminal obstruction of the legal activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations in a special period is considered in the article. Criminal liability for this crime is provided in art. 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The author identifies the general and additional features of the subject of this crime. The conclusion about his special subject is substantiated and proposals on the improvement of criminal legislation in the part of the subject of this research are formulated.
