APPLICATION OF RULES ABOUT RIGHT FOR THE POSSESSION IN SPHERE OF LANDED RELATIONS

Abstract
This article concerns the question about theoretical and practical aspects of application of right positions for the possession in the sphere of landed relations. In the active law there aren’t any positions concerning the lot land possession. At the same time there are some examples when a person ligally aquired the right for the lot land however he didn’t confirm his rights as an owner. In the case when there are no legal adjusting of defence of possession in the sphere of landed relations according to our legislation courts apply the position of the civil legislation.
