PECULIARITIES OF THE PHILOLOGICAL, SYSTEMIC AND HISTORICAL METHODS OF THE LEGAL AND REGULATORY AGREEMENTS INTERPRETATION

Abstract
The article discusses some philological, systemic and historical methods of the interpretation of the legal and regulatory agreements. Different stages and rules of interpretation of the legal and regulatory agreements are considered. The author pays particular attention to the conflict of interpretation and the significance of the achieved results through different ways of interpretation.
