ACCIDENT AND TRAUMATISM AT COAL INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES IN 2010-2015

Abstract

The article presents the results of the analysis of statistical information on the forms of 2-TB coal for 2010-2015 and the main trends in the development of the most signi cant factors that determine the industrial hazards of man-made and natural origin, accidents and injuries at coal industry enterprises. The article notes that the main causes of accidents are: violation of the requirements of safety standards and documentation for the conduct of work, failure to perform job descriptions, low production discipline, inadequate quali cation of enterprise employees, unsatisfactory job content and organization of work. The analysis of the typology of accidents and morbidity in the workplace also indicates the permanence of their main causes for many years. The measures taken, if they led to certain positive results in reducing injuries, did not have the same effect on occupational morbidity and its consequences. Inadequate, they were in the eld of health improvement of personnel. Thus, the necessity of transferring coal companies to new modern models for reducing possible risks in the development of deposits based on the principles of social responsibility of doing business and scienti c accompaniment of production development is shown.
