Abstract
In the report of England Turkey 1908, Ambassador Sir Gerard Lowter said the opinion of England about Ottoman Empire and in the frame of this opinion, an evaluation on the Goverment members of Kamil Paşa which can in the staff in the month of Jaunary 1909 was made by an English age. Sperately, some knowledges about major members of national assambly were given after the selactions. This knoeledges were being Sir Gerard Lowter’s knoeledges makes clear that what England thinks about Ottoman Goverment and the national assembly. İn this way we can see England’s opinions about Ottoman Goverment clearly.,
