Abstract
The article deals with aspects of innovative development of business entities, analyzes the innovation process at an industrial enterprise, investigates the role of the accounting and analytical control subsystem in the information-analytical system of corporate governance, the efficiency of using controlling methods in corporate management of innovation processes at industrial enterprises is substantiated.
